14th NTRCA teachers registration circular. 14th NTRCA Circular 2017 teachers registration Circular Has been Published on 30th May 2017.On this Circular Non-government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority have taken the steps for online registration form by Teletalk mobile. The 14th NTRCA teachers registration examination, a per-qualifying examination to appoint teachers in schools, madrasas, colleges and technical institutes will be held on on 6 and 7 July 2017.

How to Pay Application Charge:

Interested candidates must pay online application form charge by SMS in only Teletalk mobile. After first SMS interested candidates will obtain a PIN number & after second SMS interested candidates registration will complete & they will obtain a password. SMS process particular below:

First SMS: NTRCA <space> user ID & send to 16222.

Second SMS: NTRCA <space> Yes <space> PIN & then send 16222.
